hardware malfunction at the fault. At other times, the operating system, a virus/trojan, or other software is to blame. That's why it's important to accurately diagnose the problem before making changes.
When hardware is the issue:
I can replace:
Memory, Modems, Hard Disks, CPUs, Motherboards, Sound Cards,
AGP Cards, Video Cards, Power Supplies, Computer Cases, Floppy Drives,
CD-Drives, DVD-Drives, Buses, Gaming Hardware etc.
I can also recover your files, pictures, emails, and other data. The only exception to this is if the hard drive is encrypted, or physically damaged beyond repair.
When Software is the issue:
I can find or fix spyware, Trojans, Viruses, Windows issues, and restore or reinstall Windows if necessary.
